SHIPPING POLICY

Your products will be wrapped in tissue paper and posted out in cardboard shipping box, which ever is the most appropriate. The parcel will have your address, and our returns address in the event that delivery cannot be made. 

We offer tracked services for International Special Delivery. (International Special Delivery is only offered within limited countries)

You’ll see the delivery options for a product on each individual product page. If next working day or named day delivery is available for your order, we'll offer you these options at the checkout.

We normally expect to despatch all orders within one working day, however in the run up to really busy periods like Christmas we may take up to 2-5 days for some orders due to the high volumes. 

Customers will be provided a tracking number once items have been dispatched. As all deliveries are made via courier, it is important to ensure someone is available on the day of delivery as a signature will be required. On most occasions, someone will be required to assist the driver on arrival as part of the prearranged delivery service.

It might happen that an ordered product is not immediately available; in this case, menauclothing will promptly inform you about the unavailability by e-mail. In any case, the shipment of the products will be carried out in the shortest possible time. Transport and delivery costs are not included in the product price but they are specified during the purchasing process.

In order to permit you to be constantly updated about the status of your order, menauclothing IT system generates an order confirmation number, which will characterize all the correspondence you will receive. 

Orders paid by Credit Card will be processed immediately and cleared in the shortest possible time.

Delivery times vary depending on your location however please allow up to 3~5 working days to receive your goods, although it will generally be sooner.

You will be notified by phone on the morning of the delivery to ensure someone is home to assist the driver on arrival.
